LOCAL FAVORITES

SIZZLING FAJITAS
Sautéed bell peppers, onions and mushrooms with your choice of beef, chicken or vegetable medley. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream and warm flour tortillas. Avocado upon request. You may substitute grilled shrimp.

QUESADILLA
Large flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, onions and green chilies. Served with salsa. With chicken or beef or roasted getables.

CAESAR WRAP
Blackened chicken, crisp romaine, shredded Parmesan, tossed in our house Caesar and wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Choice of hand hewn fries, deli salad or spring greens.

RIBS-N-THINGS
1/2 Rack of our famous baby back ribs slathered in our signature sauce, and choice of hand hewn fries, beer battered onion rings or spring greens.

TAVERN BATTERED HALIBUT
Three large pieces of moist halibut, in a light crisp beer batter, and choice of Hand hewn fries, beer battered onion rings or spring greens.

FALAFELL WRAP
Fried Chick Pea Patties, lettuce, tomato, onion and a cucumber yogurt sauce wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, choice of hand hewn fries or spring greens.


SPECIALTY SANDWICHES

ANGLER STEAK AND CHEESE
Shaved Rib Eye topped with provolone cheese on ciabatta bread. With the works: Bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, green chilies, and jalapenos.

TURKEY AVOCADO
Oven roasted turkey breast with avocado, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese and red pepper mayo on your choice of bread or wrap.

PASTRAMI AND SWISS
Grilled Pastrami and Swiss on your choice of rye or sourdough.

CLASSIC BLT
Five slices of crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo stacked on your choice of toast.

with turkey and avocado

PLAIN OL’ SANDWICH
Choice of ham, turkey or pastrami, your choice of cheese with lettuce, tomato and mayo, on your choice of bread or wrap.

CHICKEN SANDWICH
Choice of marinated chicken breast grilled or breaded tenders.  Served with our herbed aioli, lettuce, tomato, and pickle on a Kaiser roll.

 CLIFF BURGER
1/2 lb. hand pressed Certified Angus beef patty with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Served on a soft Kaiser roll. Best burger this side of the Colorado!

 VEGGIE BURGER
Vegetarian burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Served on a ciabatta.

Add one or more of the following, mushroom, green chili, grilled onion, fresh garlic, jalapeno, bell peppers or black olives. Add Cheddar, Swiss, American, provolone or Blue cheese You may add Bacon, Pastrami or Avocado.

12 OZ. RIBEYE STEAK
Hand cut Certified Angus beef topped with our mushroom and garlic ragout.

8 OZ. FILET MIGNON
Hand trimmed, tender Certified Angus Beef, topped with roasted garlic butter.

ALASKAN KING CRAB LEGS
A full pound of King Crab legs, served with drawn butter and lemon wedges.

NEW ZEALAND RACK OF LAMB
A char grilled, full rack of lamb finished with a Dijon herb crust.

CHOP & EGGS
8 oz. French Cut Pork Chop served with two eggs any style and potatoes.

 STUFFED BISCUIT AND GRAVY
Two homemade biscuits filled with scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese.  Then smothered in country style sausage gravy.

 ½  STUFFED BISCUIT AND GRAVY

 BREAKFAST BURRITO
Two scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, potatoes, onion and green chilies wrapped in a flour tortilla. Smothered in our amazing verde sauce.

CLIFF DWELLER’S OMELET
Three eggs served with potatoes and toast. Your choice of three items:  Ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, tomato, onion, mushrooms, red and green peppers or jalapenos. Additional items are 50 cents each.

 PANCAKE OR FRENCH TOAST SPECIAL
Served with two eggs and a choice of bacon, ham or patty sausage.
