SIZZLING FAJITAS
Sautéed bell peppers, onions and mushrooms and your choice of beef, chicken or vegetable medley. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream and warm flour tortillas. Avocado upon request. You may substitute grilled shrimp.
QUESADILLA
Large flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, onions and green chilies. With chicken or beef or roasted vegetables. Served with salsa.
CAESAR WRAP
Blackened chicken, crisp romaine, shredded Parmesan, tossed in our house Caesar dressing and wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Choice of hand hewn fries, deli salad or spring greens.
RIBS-N-THINGS
Half a Rack of our famous baby back ribs slathered in our signature sauce and choice of hand hewn fries, beer battered onion rings or spring greens.
TAVERN BATTERED HALIBUT
Three large pieces of moist halibut in a light crisp beer batter; choice of hand hewn fries, beer battered onion rings or spring greens.
FALAFEL WRAP
Fried chick pea patties, lettuce, tomato, onion and a cucumber yogurt sauce wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, choice of hand hewn fries or spring greens.

A half-pound hand pressed Certified Angus beef patty with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Served on a soft Kaiser roll. Best burger this side of the Colorado!
VEGGIE BURGER
Vegetarian burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Served on ciabatta.
Add one or more of the following: mushroom, green chili, grilled onion, fresh garlic, jalapeno, bell peppers or black olives. Add cheddar, Swiss, American, provolone or bleu cheese. You may add bacon, pastrami or avocado.

Black and white sesame crusted Ahi seared rare and served with a wasabi and soy sauce.

FRESH HERB AND GARLIC LINGUINI
Linguini tossed in a fresh herb and garlic sauce with sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes and artichokes. You may add chicken or shrimp.

8 ounce French Cut Pork Chop served with two eggs any style and potatoes.
STUFFED BISCUIT AND GRAVY

CLIFF DWELLER’S OMELET
Three eggs served with potatoes and toast. Your choice of three items: Ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, tomato, onion, mushrooms, red and green peppers or jalapenos. Additional items are 50 cents each.
PANCAKE OR FRENCH TOAST SPECIAL
Served with two eggs and a choice of bacon, ham or patty sausage.
